1. Proof of ID : Candidate must be a British citizen OR a member of the EU, OR has indefinite stay/Resident permit.
2. Proof of address : Either bank statement OR utility bill, OR letter from the council or job centre
3. Proof of National insurance number.
4. Age 19- 65 years
5. Either Employed or unemployed
